JULIAN BANKS, 61, of
Memphis, died Monday, March 13, 2006 at his home. Visitation will be
from 4-7 p.m. Thursday at N.J. Ford & Sons Funeral Home. Services will
be at 11 a.m. Friday, March 17 at Metropolitan Baptist Church, where he
was a member, with burial in New Park South Cemetery. He was a graduate
of Booker T. Washington High School and attended Rusk College. He leaves
four daughters, Rhonda Barker, Yolanda Cooper and Danielle Rice, all of
Michigan, and Lisa Banks of Germany, and five brothers, Reginald Banks,
Jessie Banks, Sr., James Banks and Vernon Banks, all of Memphis, and
Elbert Banks of Murfreesboro, TN. He was preceded in death by a brother,
