OBITUARIES

LEACTRICE GROVES, 60, of Memphis, graduate of Booker T. Washington High School Class of 1965, died January 31, 2007 at Methodist University Hospital. Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. Saturday, February 3 at N. J. Ford & Sons Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 12 p.m. Monday, February 5 at Bountiful Blessings C.O.G.I.C., with burial in Elmwood Cemetery. She was preceded in death by a sister, Shelia Tutwiler. She leaves two daughters, Dr. Tanya Burt and Tamika Woodard, both of Memphis; her mother, Beatrice Tutwiler of Memphis; four sisters, Johnnie Mae Groves, Gloria Tucker, Anita Tutwiler and Sandra Tutwiler, all of Memphis; five brothers, Ernest Groves of Austell, GA, Louis Tutwiler, Jr., Michael Tutwiler, Darrell Tutwiler, and Mitchell Tutwiler, all of Memphis; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
