OBITUARIES

YVONNE BROWN, 1957

YVONNE BROWN, 67 of Memphis,; TN, employee of the Regional Medical Center died Thursday, June 16, 2005 at Methodist Hospital. Visitation will be Tuesday, June 21 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at N.J. Ford & Sons Funeral Parlor and Wednesday, June 22 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at New Salem Missionary Baptist Church on South Parkway East. Services will be at 11 a.m. at the New Salem Missionary Baptist Church, where she was a member. Burial will be at the Memphis Memory Gardens. She was a graduate of the 1957 Class of Booker T. Washington High School. She is survived by four sons, Sedric D. Brown, Bobby Y. Brown, Marvin Lynn Brown, Christopher Tyrone Brown, all of Memphis; her mother, Louise Tyson Brown, of Memphis; a sister Martha Williams, of Chicago, IL; and two brothers, Lawrence Brown, Jr. and Tommy D. Brown, both of Memphis. She is also survived by one grandson, Joel Christopher Brown of Memphis and two great-grandchildren.
